Lack of follow through from the time I purchased until my last service request. I filled out two surveys for your company and both with negative reviews nobody has ever gotten back to me. And now I get an email saying if I’m not happy to call you. It’s not my job to call you it’s your job to find out from the customer what could be improved upon. I already took my time to tell you your company missed the mark.
I took my car in to get an oil change and wheel balance. During the wheel balance the tech scratched my custom wheels with his tool removing the old weights. Which is visible from the outside and there were no visible blemishes on them when I brought it in. Since one wheel has minimal scratches they are only agreeing to pay for three wheels to get fixed and only cover 50% of the cost of fixing those three wheels. We took our 2017 Subaru Forrester in for a regularly scheduled maintenance and oil change. The technician did not reset the alert notification on the dash, which was fairly minor comparatively, to the fact we found out a day later that the cap on the oil was not replaced properly and engine oil started spurting out everywhere under the hood. It does not give us much confidence in Subaru of Chandler if this service department can't handle a regularly scheduled maintenance service and an engine oil change.
Appalling experience for my USMC-veteran son on his first new car purchase. AFTER a deal was agreed to on the sale price of a new WRX, the dealership refused to accept my son's APPROVED USAA auto financing. They said he would have to wait until it "funded", and he would not be able to drive away in his new car today. They tried to get him to use one of their lenders, with a substantial down payment.
