Hands down, Subaru Superstore of Chandler has the best service dept. I've ever been to. I had interior illuminating lights added last week-which I love and then purchased a Subaru custom shade screen. WOW! What a difference! It actually absorbs the heat. Thank you for the ongoing VIP service!
Stopped in for 12,000 mile oil change. It's been awhile since we have had a new car, but the attention to detail With everything from the employees that greet you when you drive in to the experts behind the scenes is impeccable. I definitely don't need all the attention but it is really wonderful. We have had nothing but amazing experiences in the last year. Excellent service.
Dulcie always makes me feel like I am her favorite person but we know she treats everyone this way but it sure feels nice. she explains every thing so even a dummy like me can understand and explains the cost so there is no surprises and she keeps me updated on what is going on. Every company should hace employees this good. I will keep coming back and maybe someday I can buy a new Subaru from you.
