RecommendedI give them 4/5 stars. They would have received 5/5 stars if not for the fiasco of trying to pay my bill. Took between 10 & 15 minutes due to “so-called” computer glitches. But I guess that’s 2019 America - “the computer locked up.”
Buying our car was great. Called to get a refund on our gap insurance and had a hell of a time getting Brent to send it. Getting one excuse after another. Was told initially it would take 6-8 weeks and here we are 10-11 weeks later and still nothing.
We recently had an awesome car buying experience and felt like the process was easy and on our terms. Jack was friendly and super helpful in finding us the perfect Outback! Also, thanks to Joe in finance for getting us a great loan 😊
Bought a new 2019 Forester last week. About 3k over priced from all the research I performed over weeks of looking into this car. However they came down a little due to my husband being a veteran and they gave us exactly what we wanted for our trade in. They said they were a no haggling store.... we were ready to go to the Scottsdale location for a better deal but like I said we got exactly what we wanted. No crazy deal but even-keeled.

Guess what was inside the side fender of my car. I heard a meowing yesterday night and I thought it was coming from outside the house. So when I picked My daughter from school I heard the meowing again. We bought our Forester here and have all the service done here. The people are outstanding and the service is first rate. our service advisor is Angela Mattix and she is always on top of things.
Their concern for the customer. They could have blown off my over heating incident, but chose to provide me a loaner so that they would have time to try to replicate the problem. I greatly appreciate this level of concern that has consistently been applied by the Service Department. Steve continues to inspire confidence in both my vehicle and the quality of service provided by the Chandler Subaru Superstore. Thank you very much!
