The best customer service is at this store! I called Saturday and said my air conditioning wasn’t cooling! They took care of it and in 1 hour 15 min I had cold air conditioning. My lease is up in November and I plan to buy another Subaru! ��

We are 68 and 70 and I promised Judy the new car of her dreams. We were blessed with Griz, AKA David Griffen, on the Superstore chat line. She wanted a White Crossteck with Leather seats and a Moonroof, easy right? Not so. But... Griz found a way to do it in no time. We ended up leasing, which is much better for us financially, AND getting the the car of Judy's dreams. She took it home on Mother's day, Griz took his own time to close the deal on Sunday.
The warranty department employee Jerry is a douchebag and was not polite in the least bit. He was very short and didn't explain in detail why I couldn't get my battery replace even though it was under warranty. I'll never come back here again.
Customer service is wonderful. They always make you feel welcome and show that they appreciate your business. Went in for an oil change on my leased 2016 and walked out with a 2018 yay. Island Blue is our new ride.
When we decided to buy a new car we checked with friends that have a Subaru already since we have never owned one before. I got nothing but rave reviews about their cars. When we went in we fell in love with the outback that was on the showroom floor but wanted to explore all other options before buying.
