Every aspect of experience from sales to the orientation to the features on the car were very good. This was the fourth Subaru we’ve had from this Superstore. In one occasion the technician even came to our house to program the remote garage door opener.

i was working with Brian Banks for a 2 week period virtually. i was inquiring about a low mile honda odyssey van that they had just gotten in on trade. i explained to Brian, i am currently immunocompromised and that im also a military vet under going cancer treatment. i also informed I have cash in hand and ready to make a a deal asap before my stem cell transplant. all i needed were pictures of the van and a virtual tour and i would be ready to deal. needless to say Brian did not follow through and he just stopped communica... read more

I was sold a warrantee that covered a tire that needed to be replaced. The warrantee would "shave" the tire to the same diameter/circumference as the other three tires. This is needed as not doing this can damage the all wheel drive. There is NOTHING in any of the warrantee boxes that warns about this. My fault for not getting more information before buying this big money maker for Subaru Superstore.
We went there for the initial 6k checkup. They were very efficient in checking in. They answered some questions regarding our display screen while we were checking in. There show room was neat and clean. The job was done quickly and we were on the road. We will certainly use them when we are in the area again.
