Best Service Ever and the nicest people to help with all your problems
We just moved to the area a little more than a year ago. We've gone into the service department twice and both times had great experiences, even without an appointment. The first time several warning lights came on out of the blue. We drove in, a service guy came out, assessed the situation, returned with a tool that he used to reset the computer. In and out in about 15 minutes. Second time was yesterday. Again no appointment. Our service writer Chris was great - took excellent care of us. We will definitely be back.
I prefer taking my car to a dealership to ensure my car is taken care of properly. This dealership has not disappointed me, they take good care of my vehicle.
Young women of Arizona: Beware of male employees who will only call you "honey," "sweetie," "darling," "sweetheart," and even "honeypie." One even asked if I was using daddy's credit card to pay for my car. (I've spoken at length with the store about this, and they handled the case like champs. Bravo for good customer service after belittling and sexist treatment.) The shining jewel of this place is Mike Harris, who does service and repairs.
