I rarely leave negative reviews, but I'm extremely disappointed with how my membership cancellation has been handled. I requested to cancel my membership on **June 4** due to personal circumstances and have **emailed three separate times** requesting that my membership be canceled. Their classes and instructors are great, but their cancellation process is ridiculous. Unfortunately, I no longer live close enough to the gym to continue going. I emailed them on April 30th to cancel my membership, and they told me it takes 2 weeks to process the cancellation, during which you are still required to pay. I still have not received any confirmation that my membership has been canceled, and I continue to get billed every week.

I’m so happy I found this studio! The staff and owner are incredibly kind and friendly, and they always make me feel welcome. The atmosphere is cozy and positive, and I truly enjoy all the classes here. The studio is nice and always clean.
