I was so excited to take my daughter to puppy yoga for her 12th birthday. I called to reschedule 2 days in advance because she was invited to an event Sunday morning. Unfortunately Kelly refused to reschedule and told me I had to just give the ($120!) tickets away. What a disappointment. I had to issue a chargeback and will do puppy yoga somewhere that treats their customers better. Hope others can learn from my experience. :-(

I never write reviews but I have to say this. I have never felt so welcomed at a workout studio. The staff and instructors are so kind and truly give “girls girl” energy! They have gone out of their way to be welcoming - for example I was running a few minutes late and instead of being snobby they grabbed my mat for me and put it down so I could change my clothes and make it to class. Update as of mid October: I finally received a call from the gym and they cancelled my membership. Update as of the start of October: I got a new credit card and am still receiving charges. Gym will not answer my calls. They also responded to my review on here but have never reached out to me to resolve the problem. They just continue to charge my card $175 per month for a membership I did not sign up for. Update as of August: I am still receiving charges on my credit card so I now have to cancel my card and replace it. The ... read more
