I rarely leave negative reviews, but I'm extremely disappointed with how my membership cancellation has been handled. I requested to cancel my membership on **June 4** due to personal circumstances and have **emailed three separate times** requesting that my membership be canceled. I also tried calling the phone number listed for the business, but the number wasn't even in service, leaving me with no way to speak to anyone directly. Their classes and instructors are great, but their cancellation process is ridiculous. Unfortunately, I no longer live close enough to the gym to continue going. I emailed them on April 30th to cancel my membership, and they told me it takes 2 weeks to process the cancellation, during which you are still required to pay. I still have not received any confirmation that my membership has been canceled, and I continue to get billed every week.
