Dr Akerman is a good communicator. He very clearly explained the procedure and his findings in a way we could understand. His competence inspired our confidence.
Dr Ackerman is caring, listens, explains care plan, suggested medications, diagnosis and prognosis thoroughly. Does not hurry or make you feel hurried. Staff is professional, friendly as well as easy to communicate with. When you leave the office or virtual visits with Dr Ackerman, your questions have been answered and a clear plan of treatment has been given.
Recent EUS for yearly pancreas observation
Did a virtual visit that was on time and as per instructions. Dr. Akerman very thorough. I was given a diagnosis and a date for a procedure. His office follow through in a timely manner. The procedure went without complications. Very good bed side manner. I would definitely recommend him.
