Had a great experience today working with Jason Croasmun, he was very kind and did everything he could to help us get a new car for our daughter, this is the second car we have gotten from here from Jason helping us, he has always been such a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend him to anyone that decides to go there!

I took my vehicle in for a recall issue and was THRILLED with Steve Grillo and the service department. I mentioned to him that I had a concern regarding my transmission and I was very happy that be and his team took the time to not only check it out, but also add fluid. Steve took the time and explained what he would like to see me do and touch base with him if any problems. I went in for a "free" oil change, which is part of their sales pitch when they sold me the car. Well to my surprise it expires 2 years or 25000. Well my car was at 15,000 when I purchased it, so my car within a year and a half surpassed 10,000....so how would I use all three oil changes when you are supposed to change the oil every 5000 miles? Anyhow, they then came out and said that my oil pan was leaking...wth? A car with 28,000 miles shouldn't be leaking and have not seen any oil drips in my driveway??? They re sealed it... read more

Car was brought back in due to low oil levels, 4 months and 4,000 miles after similar issue in which we were told that the exhaust actuator had to be replaced. Same problem happened again. We were told GM is aware of this problem with the 4 CYL engines on Equinox back then. I'm not happy that we had to pay $600+ for this repair when we should have been diagnosed properly and put on oil consumption test program back in May. The service department has been fantastic. This is the reason I still bring my remaining Chevy's there for service. The reason my last three vehicles a 2017 RAV4, 2017 Civic SI, and a Harley Davidson were purchased elsewhere is because of your dishonest sales manager Ruddy. Would I recommend the service department? The answer is yes. Would I recommend the purchase of a vehicle from there? I would not. I bought a 2017 Chevy Cruze LT on Saturday (08/26/17) and my sales persons Derek and Aston were great. I was given the best deal despite my credit situation.
