So the buying experience was not too. Less than 6 months after I drove off the lot with my used 2014 Chevy sonic with 50,000 miles on it and the check engine light came on. I called serpentini and they told me I would have to pay a $100 for them to run a diagnostics on the car to see what was wrong with it. I always get my oil changes here. Today I ate good AND had great service. They told me it would take 1 hour and it was I hour to the minute. I usually think I don't have time to go during the day...BUT, that one hour was worth it. I relaxed, ate good food at the counter (free Pop) and Megan the Chef had great conversation. I even met Moe the Sales Manager.. Very polite and friendly. Thanks Serpentini for my nice afternoon break from work!! and a great running Mary Kay Equinox!!
Just leased a new 2018 Chevy Trax this morning. Never leased a car before, and Jason Croasmun did a great job of guiding us through the process. He was very patient and answered ALL our question professionally and to our satisfaction. Brandon Fulep was easy to work with on all the financing paperwork, and Terri Diemert was very patient in familiarizing us with all the features, and how they worked before we left the lot.
