ZERO STARS. WORST SERVICE I've ever had anywhere. Went there for 2 things to be fixed. I waited for 2 hours and neither were done. Then the "service" advisor John lied to my face about how the jobs were completed. I recommend you go anywhere but here. I complained to Chevy corporate office and they said the service manager would call me to resolve the problem but the only one who called was the same guy that lied to my face. NO THANKS

I was going to purchase a used Tundra but it struck a pole while getting detailed in their shop last week. I was told that they would fix it and that it was only a minor issue that can be taken care of in house within four days. wanted to purchase the 2017 impala, was told by salesperson which happpen to be Terry duke that we could not purchase vehicle because it was over 30 thousand dollars. that made me upset and was ready to leave when my wife saw the Chevy trax, so we ended up buying the Trax, which in the end costed over 30 thousand dollars. so for that reason I would no recommend your dealership to anyone. Felt like he didn't take my best interest to heart.
Customer Service was excellent. Repair was under warranty. Bravo! Coffee was much appreciated.
I went to serpentine a few weeks ago to test drive a 2014 Ram for 26,600 . I wanted to purchase the truck but I had asked the salesman if they would buff the truck due to scratches,balance the tires due to a shimmy,and the rearview camera had moisture in the lense.I was told that it was just detailed and the problems are not safety issues.So for asking for a mere 100.00 in repairs they declined and lost a CASH sale.Now weeks later they have the balls to call me and offer another truck.Now the salesman claims that they would ... read more
