I have a recall on my car, and I scheduled an appointment with Serpentini to get it replaced. Instead of securing the part for the upcoming appointment (which at the time of scheduling, the receptionist had checked to make sure the part was in), they "ran out" due to the recall. I received a call just hours before the appointment to tell me they have to cancel and have no idea when they will have the part again. Recently life threw us some curve balls. In the madness the miles on my lease were maxed and it was a tight spot. The amazing people at Serpentini welcomed the situation w open arms, calmed my nerves and helped my family into a new lease.
