This is my 4th vehicle from the Strongsville location. Once again our salesman Chris Kline went above and beyond and guided us in the best direction for our budget and family needs. He is not pushy and very patient! Highly recommend stopping by to talk to him!
Went for oil change, 39.00+ tax ect just under 45$,that was fine, they came out and said, air cleaner should be changed, I said ok how much? 22$... ok, you have out, do it. Go to pay bills 97$ ? 34$ to install a filter they already removed? Would have been fine if they gave me the heads up....live a learn...lol
When our vehicles died, and no one else would work with us, Chris Klein at Serpentini spent hours working with us to get an option that worked. When our warranty's ran out, the service department went above and beyond to help us out. First let me tell you that I have purchased 8 yes EIGHT cars from Serpentini. The last year or so has not been very good in the Service Department. Don't get me wrong, a couple of the service agents are super nice. Unfortunately, a couple of them are snotty, rude, and condescending. Also, both my husband and I have taken our venicles in and were told there is nothing wrong.
