Salesman Terry. One of the best people I have ever met. Service staff. That's another question. Bought a car. They told me they were replacing all pads and rotors. Got car back.. Brakes still squeal. Took it back 4 times so far. Still not fixed. Now they told me they have done all they can do for me. They won't fix anymore. I bet if I bought a 80000 vette. Things would be different. Guess the little guy doesn't matter when ur dealership gets that big. Doesn't matter to them im sure. But I won't be back
We had a super truck buying experience at Serpentini Chevrolet! Josh Burns was Awesome! We live 3 hours away so Josh used Facetime to show us specific areas of the vehicle we were interested in so we could decide if we wanted to make the trip. When we arrived Josh was very attentive and immediately had us in the vehicle for a test drive. We purchased the vehicle and are very happy! I buy all my cars there. The service department is also top notch. They will never turn away service work.
Worst dealership ever! Bought a car from them and 2 months later took it back to trade it in on a more expensive car on their lot. They offered us 10k less then what they had just sold it to us for and then tried to make us pay to get out of our warranty! Sales is nothing but a rip off. They'll screw you over just to get the sale. All they care about is money, not their customers!
