Bought my 2013 Cruze from there brand-new last May. I was totally satisfied with the service, and the staff were very friendly. I was talked into getting my Cruze from there, because last March my niece bought a 2008 Pontiac G6 coupe from there, and that she was satisfied with the service and everything there, as I am as well. I would DEFINITELY recommend you guys to anyone I know that is buying a Chevy, new or used. Keep up the great work Serpentini!

I love this organization! The people are great in every area. I have purchased a car and had service done here. Everyone is inviting and professional. Even management is involved with the day to day operations and invite customers with open arms. They treat you like you are family not just a sale. They build relationships that last a life time. I will buy my next car from Serpentini Chevrolet!

Either incompetent or crooks. Never have I been able to come in for just one visit. I am consistently taking my vehicle back after service. Never have I not had to pay, even for warranty fixes. They find some way to charge you. For example with their wheel alignment checker. Other stuff seems to magically break after they do warranty work. Being fair the only positive would be their hours. But as evident by my collection of service tickets sitting on my seat I understand why.
