Can you explain why I was charged for the oil change on my 2014 Traverse? "For most 2014 vehicles, Chevrolet, Buick and GMC dealers will complete an oil and filter change, four-wheel tire rotation, and conduct a 27-point vehicle inspection based on what’s called for in the vehicle owner’s manual maintenance schedule and oil life monitoring system."

Well the transmission issue that you guys ignored and basically told me It was normal turned out to be a serious issue I am glad your service department is interested in doing there jobs and paying attention to your customers concerns apparently this is how you treat customers who spend over 30 grand on one of your vehicles the better business Bureau will be notified
Customer service is horrible. They are cold and don't return phone calls. Their Certified Preowned vehicles are junk. I've had my 2010 Terrain for less then 2 months and this is the 3rd time I am sitting here getting work done on it.
I got my car detailed here a few days ago and they did a WONDERFUL job!!! They didn't miss a single spot! It was like driving a brand new car again! I love it!!! Thank you!!!

Strongsville Serpentini is one of the worst money hungry dealerships, they have to make every single penny they can in profits or "no deal". SMH greedy salespeople & quite ignorant & rude too! I hope your business fails badly!!!
