As always - well taken care of! That's why we keep coming back!
Although paperwork took a while to get done (which was expected), we had a very pleasant experience! Everyone was very polite and our salesman Corey Anderle did his best to get payments down to a desirable amount and to get us out of there with our new vehicle as quick as he could. Hospitality was wonderful! Only recommendation I have is to possibly update the children's area. All of the books were torn apart and none of the sound books worked. Always a pleasant experience, everyone is always very nice and checks on you while you wait. To make sure there is not anything you need.
They worked with me to get me into a car I liked as well as I could afford!
Fiancés car has been broken down now three times and they can't seem to figure out what's wrong with it.

Had to re-edit my review for Serpentini. I bought a car 2 weeks ago and the check engine light came on along with a message that reads engine power reduced. I left a review and the next day Rudy at Strongsvilles location responded quickly, We talked over the phone and he had me tow my vehicle to the Serpentini location in tallmadge.
