I cannot possibly explain in words how impressed I am with this place! Car salesmen have a bad reputation for a reason, but the people here completely destroy that stereotype! They were just amazing. I plan to only buy cars here from now on, and I will always recommend this place to anyone I know looking for a car. They went above and beyond anything I ever expected. When they make an offer on trade or buying a car outright..... they’re no joke. Very aggressive and overly fair prices.
Bought a car from here a few years ago and now in the market again. Walked around the lot and tried to ask a few questions about some vehicles, but was ignored by staff inside and outside. I guess repeat customers aren't valuable, so I'll take my business elsewhere.
No experience with sales, but the service department is an absolute clown show. To be fair, the parts guy was great, he found the part I needed, was very friendly, and was 5*. Sadly, the service department was the most clueless group of people Ive seen in a dealership. THREE times I called to schedule an appointment for a seemingly simple task. From the moment we stepped into the dealership until we left, we had an awesome experience. Our salesman was Ricardo, and he was so patient and took his time to answer all of our questions. He worked with us and made sure we had the vehicle we wanted and that we were satisfied with our purchase.
