My husband and I walked into to serpentini and had to ask for assistance as several of the salesman watched football on their computers. Once we finally received assistance we were then told our only option was to purchase my lease... then 25 mins later told we could then purchase a trax. We left to review our options. My salesman Tim was awesome and also the other staff was friendly they will work with you to get you at the payment you need and will not stop until they do I recommend Serpentini in Strongsville!!!!

I had a wonderful experience at Serpentini Chevrolet!! Tim Wolfe helped me find the most awesome suv! I love my Equinox!! Tim was patient, informative and knew a lot about Chevrolet’s! I would recommend Serpentini Chevrolet, it has a beautiful showroom, gorgeous cars and a staff willing to make the car buying experience as smooth as possible. I will definitely buy my next car from Serpentini for my daughter when she is 16!!
I bought a used car from Serpentini Strongsville and it seems that there was not full disclosure about the condition of the car. The car has low mileage and I am going to their service department for the third time in a month for an engine light that they can't seem to fix. Service staff was rude to me and didn't seem to care about all of the problems I've had with the car and their inability to fix the car. The car is a few years old with only 26,000 miles on it. I would never recommend this dealership.
They have been amazing. I have complete confidence in the work they do and in a timely manner. Also nice when you are remembered from your last visit.
Good service department. They are efficient and polite.
