RecommendedI went in to look at a car and left with a 2016 Buick Encore. I love the car but it did have squeaky breaks that were oh-so-annoying. I brought it in once and they lubricated them but then it was back to squeaking a day later. Much thanks to Jamie who had them replace my front brake pads and rotors and it sounds good so far! Antonio and Josh went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy with everything. I never once felt like I was just a business transaction, they were never pushy. They took the time to listen to what I wanted and stayed after closing time to make sure I was happy. Anyone who I know who is looking for a new ride I would highly reccomend them.
My wife and I drove 3 hours one way purchased a vehicle and drove 3 hours home we were there after hours finalizing the deal. We were promised to have a call the NEXT day to set up the onstar and to see how we like it and the salesman promised not to be annoying but would be calling or texting often to make sure we are still happy yada yada. If it wasn’t for the great experience on the sales side I would have gone somewhere else. I went to close the deal on my car and to my surprise finance assumed I was using my full pre-approved amount when I was not. They called my bank and obtained an authorization code for the full amount prior to me even signing the check. Instead of taking ownership of the mistake I had to take care of everything myself. the sales staff and management like to waste your time and bother you with calls about vehicles they don't have on their lot. then want you to put down a non-refundable deposit on a vehicle they have no pictures of and not on the lot to look at. and then they tell you they won't run your credit until we can see the vehicle and then they run it anyways. so all in all I'd recommend not wasting your time unless they have THE vehicle you want and for a good price. I'd keep looking past them.
Our salesman, Pietro, was knowledgeable, thorough, patient and efficient. He made our vehicle purchase enjoyable. Everyone involved in the process was great!
Serpentini is the BEST dealership!!!! I had gone to a tire place when I got a flat. They told me that they needed to sell me 4 new tires even though my tires are almost new. They said the couldn’t plug the tire because of where the puncture was located. I called serpentini as this didn’t sound right to me.
