Bought 2020 Silverado 3500, Drove 70 miles when the power steering pump seal began leaking. Been in Servive Department for weeks. I'm not happy at all with Strongville Serpentini.

Dan has been my salesman for two of my purchases now. I can honestly say he is a very hard worker and listens to what you want. His manager also came over and talked to me and got me a deal I didn’t think was possible. I have found my dealership. These guys are awesome!

Your staff needs to be update on Supplier Promos. I had to call GM 3 times while at your dealership, to let your staff hear how GM's Supplier Promo work. Also, the new Surburban was not prep inside, it was dusty and not vacuumed. Took way to long of my time to get this deal done.
