On Friday my boyfriend and I bought our second car from Allen, the experience from start to finish was much better than the experience we had at the Tallmadge location. Allen was a great salesmen and everyone at this location did their best to make sure that I had the car that I wanted , I went there with a card in mind and left with the exact car that I wanted!! I will definitely be purchasing a car from them again when the time comes!!

My tire has been leaking air. I took it in 2 days ago and they told me nothing was wrong. I told them I have to fill the tire every few days so please look again, and still they dismissed me. My tire was completely flat this morning. I called and asked if someone could come to my house 5 minutes away to change the tire because I can’t drive it. They wouldn’t help me. What an amazing experience. Priced local for the 2 vehicles we wanted and they couldn't get to where we needed to be. Seen the advertisement for Serpentini, was kind of hesitant on making the 1.25 he drive but I will tell you what, I am sure glad we did. They got us where we needed to be on the 1st go around. The staff is amazing and help is there when you need it. I will recommend them to anyone who ask. Worth the trip. Excellent job Serpentini
