This hotel is horrible. The smell of Marijuana was troubling, there are signs everywhere station smoking marijuana is not allowed on the property. The rooms service is a complete joke. You have to call and call and call and they might bring you towels eventually. They were supposed to get my mom a wheelchair and never did I had to go buy a $200 wheelchair so she could get around. Dirty place Resort fee per night what a joke it's a hotel not a resort Power went out in the hotel during a shower no power no water Wait 25 minutes at a slot machine for someone to fix a broken bonus on the machine I will never go back there

We stayed there 5/28/21-6/2/21. Our "upgraded" room was horrible. One of the outlets did not work the entire stay. Also after checking in, our room had no remote for the tv. Went to front desk waited more than an hour to speak with someone. They addressed our issues but nothing was done. Ac also was not working properly. The shower was dirty with already used toiletries. Drains were very slow. Would like full refund for our stay.

bed bug infested room,racist and dishonest staff and false price advertising! dont waste your money here at all, i paid for 2 full nights and presented valid documentation of my payment upon arrival which was may 13th,2021 6:00am ! upon awakening abruptly out of my sleep being cursed with racial slurs by staff members telling me my departure date was may 14th,2021 which was false accusation from them and they still stood firm even upon me presenting documents showing my actual arrival and check in time which i paid my own mo... read more

There is a fake tattoo shop upstairs by the thrill rides. This man does henna, I have had henna done plenty of times, I do it on myself. I asked him what the starting price was and he said $30-$35 depending on the size and detail. I was nothing but sweet to him through the entire process, it took about 40 minutes, and while it was not tiny it was not big by any means. I got an elephant on my arm. So I arrived on 3/10/2021 and before arriving I get an email/text from stratosphere hotel and it read " skip the line and save time check in on your mobile" so I decided to check-in via mobile phone and soon after I get an email instructions and said "you will get email/text when your room is ready. @ 2pm I arrived waiting for an email and as the time goes by I saw other guests in a long line check-in so as time goes by I realized multiple lines of people checked in before me now it's 5:05pm I decided to get in line to check... read more

Good afternoon I have to say this is my worst experience ever. I tried contacting the hotel my partner and I got bed bug bites from our room we didn't realize until we came back to NYC and got tested and doctors diagnosed us with bed bug bites. Not to mention the carpets aren't cleaned properly. It was our first time in vegas and we found the location to be filled with homelessness and not enough sanitation in the rooms. This is the worst place to stay. This hotel is located at the end of road... The rooms are dirty and old. The hotel was very noisy at night. I called to complain several times. The hallway smelled of marijuana and old smell. I was on the 22nd floor. From complaining, I was assessed a $!50 fee and blamed for the marijuana smell though I suffer from health issues that wouldn't allow me to use that type of substance. Just left after our vacation, very sorry to report we had a terrible experience at the revamped Strat hotel and casino. The husband and I share many positive memories here, even getting married here years ago. With the rebranding and renovations one would assume our experience would be better than previous ones. As loyal customers of the hotel for many years we are disappointed. Hotel smells of weed, which may not be all their control, but when staying on a non-smoking floor something should be done.
