The Strat hotel Night 1 - line was long to the door, finally got to the counter to find out they gave away my suite and there is no more available I already paid the money on Priceline They put us in a cheaper room and said they can't refund my money for tonight they can only waive the resort fee for that night after being upset I finally accepted the room Got upstairs to the room and the room is a mess looks as if someone was in there blankets a mess alcohol cup from Fats, trash everywhere, dirty dirty dirty I went back d... read more

Rm 17-050 7 say stay, on day 5 room still not cleaned, called housekeeping yesterday, still not cleaned, cleaned for more towels yesterday, and asked for more toilet paper. front desk very unhelpful, Unexpected 300 dollars more than what was quoted when making reservations. Wont be back

We had the misfortune to book advanced reservations at the Strat from February 12 through February 15, 2022. After relaying difficulties encountered at the resort casino to the front desk staff on the 16th, the Strat promised a supervisor would call us to resolve the difficulties together, within 24 hours. No call was made or received (as has been the case repeatedly). We called back on the 17th and had to wait to speak with Stephanie, the front desk manager for the morning. I checked into the strat Hotel on Dec 11th 2021 upon check in I was hit with a resort fee that I thought was already included with the cost that I paid upfront, then when we get to our room the beds seem like there from the 70's not comfortable at all after walking all day you want to come back to a comfortable bed but I came back to a bed that hurt my body. Because of weather my flight out of dfw was delayed from 6 pm to 12 am. I did not get to stratosphere hotel until next day at 430 am. There was a line to check in and I've been up all night. Then right when its my turn in line a lady walks up to the counter with a question and she gets helped before I did. When I finally get to my room none of the outlets work. First time in Vegas for my fiances birthday. As soon as we check in they charged us $224 instead of $83 for the resort fees. I call them and say hey you over charged me. And theyre like oh must of been a glitch well refund that money back. So im like ok... Kinda mad. No apology or nothing. An hour later i recieve ANOTHER charge for what was suppose to be my refund for $141. So now my banks insufficient 365 for the weekend. My wife and I arrived here yesterday at 3 pm. It took us well over and hour and a half to check in. 9/30 We were exhausted from the drive. Today,10/1 we left the room after calling about the lack of a trash can. We gambled and walked around, and were tired so we wanted to go to the room and relax. 6 hours later the room was uncleaned.I went and spoke to someone and they said they would have the room cleaned. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. Paid over 400 dollars for 5 nights. When I arrived I was charged an additional 200 'resort ' fee . I was not allowed to pay for this extra resort fee with cash and was not allowed to check in to the room I had already paid for . I tried to use my card but my limit was reached for the day. No exception was made for me and I waited THREE hours after traveling all day to be denied service to a room I already paid for because the front desk would not take cash for the ext... read more

Rooms are from the 1960s they let people smoke pot in room's there was dog **** in the hallways!
