This hotel is not professional at all . I made a reservation at the Strat hotel through Priceline and was not able to check in but was still charged for a room I didn't get to stay in

No stars. Although I had an “renovated room” I thankfully only had to be here 1 night but the room was so dirty I slept in my clothes. Fake lashes left on the counter, nightstand and of all places the ice bucket .. so apparently they don’t clean that at all. I took photos of everything but because I booked on Vegas.com the hotel wouldn’t do anything or me. There were also sequence and beads all over the floor. Booked 2 rooms for my 50th bay and our flight got canceled. The hotel refused to refund or comp us any of our $500+. Will never stay or recommend. Bad customer service.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We reserved online for a reasonable price so I didn't expect it to be a palace. We arrived late and we're tired after a long wait we finally made it to check in. The first thing the desk clerk told us was how terrible the room we booked would be and for double the price we could upgrade. We reluctantly decided to because we were tired. Worst place. 2 and half hours to check in. Waited hour and half for another key while they helped others who came in after me. They charged me double and never sent me my deposit. Upgraded me to a room that wasn't upgraded. Mold and dirty room. Rude staff. Music was so loud at all times u couldn't think. ********* didn't even take their own rewards member card. Resteraunts closed really early. Some bartenders were rude and just ignored you can't get a hold of anyone to discuss my deposit do not waste ur money here

One star for free valet parking, ok we thought since the Covid the hotel would of cleaned up their rooms, and guess what THEY DID NOTHING!!! dirty filthy dirty, shower curtain hanging ripped off hooks, when sun hit our room the dust was pathetic floating in room, on tv and never been dusted on air conditioner, oh not to mention the floors were disgusting DIRT stains who knows whats on them, so next morning we go out to the hallway smelling WEED yes WEED OH and walking over a bunch of bedding/ towels garbage bags etc. not onl... read more

They keep charging my card after my stay! Its been a week since I left, they took out 300, attempted to take out 600( thank goodness my card was locked) then today another 300. Currently on hold to get the money they took back. The first time I called and they apologized and said it was to be charged to the guest who is currently staying in the room I was in. If it happens again Im going to have to consider further action they have no right to be charging or attempting to charge my card.

We booked a 4 night stay on March 30th for October 11th-15th 2022! It was our 20th wedding anniversary! We were so excited and planned for 1/2 year! I booked the grand suite! Upon check in was informed that my room was unavailable and I had to be downgraded until it was available! I was promised comps of which I did not receive and had to fight for!
