We had our old tile shower removed and replaced with a low threshold pan and their fiberglass. The workers did a good job.I was impressed with the tear out and rebuild behind the fiberglass. I wanted something easy to clean with open access for when my husband or I would need to be able to access it with walkers. DON'T get West Shore to install windows in your home, it took me 8 hours to scrape the white caulking from my tan and brown brick. Had to remove caulking from the windows, removed spray foam from the porch floor that is now stained. Installed primed molding on the inside of the windows, now the maintenance free windows have to be painted or the molding replaced with vinyl molding which should have been done in the first place. West Shore Home provided the Froehlingers with several options to resolve their concerns. After considering all options the Froehlingers decided a monetary settlement was the best resolution for them. West Shore Home has resolved all of the Froehlingers concerns to their satisfaction.

Gave deposit for walk in shower May 29 and was told we could cancel with in 3 days. We CANCEL 3 hours after signed contract(called sales person and said she would take care of it) and they cashed our check. Called phone number on deposit they made and some guy answers (just says hello no company name). Had to call bank to dispute payment. This seems like a very shady company!!!!!! Had to leave star because it will not let me leave just 1.
What a joke. We agree on a price. I give them a deposit and his phone rings and he hangs up and say. UH. I sold you the wrong product. Let me redo the math. The price doubled. Wait What?? I say no way. I want my deposit back. Yada Yada...Now three days later the charge shows up in my bank account. I am expected to wait to get my money back? How does that work??? Project was mis-sold and upon reviewing work order / contract, sales manger notified DC while still in the home that a mistake has been made. DC made correction and customer decided not to move forward considering the price change. When informed on 5-29-2020 GM reached out to customer. Explained why the situation took place, offered to honor the original quote, and wrote a check # 2002 to reimburse for the deposit. Customer confirmed receipt of check 6-6-2020. GM also sent a $50 gift card.
This company advertised no installation costs and no interest for 18 months.I got a quote for installation of a walk in tub. After 90 minutes the quote was $29000. Just wondering why, without installation costs, so expensive. The worst sales experience of my life. Unprofessional sales rep, no sample just false advertising.
We contacted West Shore in November to take advantage of one of their discount specials...as of today, our shower renovation is still not completed! When they sent out their salesman, he promised us a project that ultimately couldn't be completed by their contractors when they came in late December/early January. As the customer stated, our installer realized on May 11th at the end of the install that we had brought the wrong color trim for the shower accessories on the shower in question. I advised the installer to install the shower head and valve that he had and to also install a shower rod so the customer had a usable shower. We informed the customer at that time we would return when we sourced the proper parts to install. The proper door and trim was installed on 5/21 and the issue is now resolved.
I had someone come yesterday to give me a quote. I have been seeing the commercials running at least 6 times a day.....No money down.....Free install....Extra 10% off. My bathroom fits only two people at a time. The tub is below average in size....I was quoted $9,400.00 to replace the extra small tub and to install a shower with only a $500 upgrade.
