Stormfitters installed Windows over a year ago. Had a problem with one from beginning. Under install tech said it would. Workwork easier over time ( big window). Actually window worked harder to open over time. Called Stormfitters and they suggested a few things to do. Tried them didn't work. They came when I called again. And found problem from original install. I thank them for standing behind their product.

STORMFITTERS has shown me nothing but excellent customer service. I had a broken sliding glass door handle (from another supplier) and finding it difficult to find a replacement until I spoke with Dana who I felt went beyond expectations to obtain the part I needed. I would definitely recommend STORMFITTERS.

I had hurricane windows put in by stornfitters & this year I had water damage & need to replace my floor due to the damage. I called stormfitters. The repairman came here & said that the doors were installed incorrectly & would fix them. The next day they sent out a different repairman who said it was debatable. They repaired my doors but refused to replace my floor. Several people in my condo are considering hurricane windows but I will have no longer recommend stormfitters.
