It has been over a year & we are still having problems with our shower. Westshore has been here many times to "fix" our problems. When this happened my Husband said "I don't want them in my house anymore". NOW, we have mold in one of the shelves in our shower. Westshore touts "No mold or mildew from our remodels". WRONG!

Was helping my sister trying to locate a bath remodel company. Called West Shore Bath. After we talked with agent who asked what was needed. Agent wanted to know specifics such as name and address and zip. We told her the zip was 21215 and she asked whether it was Baltimore City or Baltimore County. When told Baltimore City she replied ' WE DO NOT GO INTO THE CITY. We asked why and she replied our trucks cannot manipulate city streets. Ms. M******* claims are simply untrue. The West Shore Home footprint does not extend into the city of Baltimore city as of yet. That is true for the entire city, not just her sisters area. We are working to be able to extend our area of operation and when we do so we would be more than happy to provide her sister with the West Shore Home experience. In no way did this have anything to do with race.
Very good job but their website could use working on to put in a review
2 stars for the installers who represented themselves very well. They arrived on time ready for work. They didn’t even know each other and had never worked together before but completed the job in one day. I wish I had read the reviews. The salesperson talked me out of installing the shower doors due to the size of the bathroom, however for over $10,000 a curtain just doesn’t justify the cost. I called and canceled my windows in the ti1me frame that the law allows. I called and lefted messages and even sent Sam (salesman) a text message of my decision to cancel the order. They then went as far to send a manager to my house to try to convince to let them do the work his name was Dashrara O*******. Then I spoke to a man named Marty. In no way has West Shore Home taken advantage of Amalen. Her home has extensive pre-existing water and mold damage that was discovered at the time of installation. The damage was extensive enough that West Shore Home could not, in good conscience, install her project. Our Director of Customer Service has been in constant contact with Amalen and has even offered to help her with the repairs to her home so that we can install her bathroom. The Knoxville office is incompetent with the exception of Tina. They refuse to communicate, mislead us, outright lie, provide wrong product, poor work quality and have not completed work on a Decemebr 2020 order. This is the worst building materials contractor we have ever dealt with in 40 years of home ownership and renovations. They use the excuse that they were bought out by West Shore homes (formerly Hullco)

We can sympathize with his concerns and that is why we have made every effort to help resolve his issues even though we have no obligation to do so. 4/06/2021, West Shore Homes came in and replaced our existing shower with a new walk-in shower. Awful job! We first contacted Jordan, our initial project planner and "liaison" only to be told that he could not help us. We were instructed to call customer service. Spoke to Brad H. who was the customer service/installation manager for our area (Lexington, Ky) Brad came out to our house and inspected the work. On August 9 2021 West Shore Home installed and new shower in our bathroom. Ray and Eric did a fantastic job installing our new shower and it looks great. I'm a very satisfied customer.
