All I can say is WOW!! These guys were amazing!! We just had them replace our bathtub with a shower. Dexter and Alvin showed up right on time, they were very professional and did such a beautiful and meticulous job!! They left the bathroom cleaner than it was when they arrived and the shower is gorgeous now!!! The plumber was very good too, but I forgot to ask his name!!
We had our shower done by West Shore Home in October, 2020. Our salesman Dan came out and was here for close to two hours. Showed us our options and answered all our questions. We had a really bad experience with our last remodel by a different company but we took a chance and signed a contract. The crew that came out to remove the old tile shower did an awesome job. Had appointment to with John Linnehan. I did ask him in the beginning if he was here for the bathroom and kitchen. He said no just bathroom. Here I thought the two men were coming from the same company, which I apologize to him for. John Lineman told me about the bathroom look great, very interested until he smartly said next time only have one appointment at a time. Didn’t you not know by say that you lost the job? Let me tell you now, next time don’t be Ignorant to your customer!

Unfortunately, Darlene scheduled an appointment with a contractor to remodel her kitchen for the same time she scheduled an appointment with West Shore Home. I do not recommend WestShore Home for any window install. In May 2020, we hired WestShore to replace every window and door in our house with the latest in Energy saving and impact resistance qualities. As of today, December 28, 2020, Our nearly $80,000 job scheduled for the last week in August 2020 is not yet complete. They could not get the number of windows correct during the initial meeting. Replacement Windows> Overpriced for Poor Quality Windows. Had 7 triple pane windows replaced in August 2020 ..Didn't notice at first until I started looking at them closely..There was nicks/scrapes on all 7 windows. Sure they came out and sanded the nicks/scrapes out..(which should have NOT been there in the first place).. Was told you have to be careful when taking out windows to clean cause they will nick/scratch the window base easily. ..( So if you get a nick/scratch, just sand it out.) Where do I begin? We met with a salesperson from Westshore on 6/11/20. He was friendly and ended up staying at our house for 3 hours to describe their services and help create our dream shower. My name is Grady E*** and if I had a choice I'd give them ZERO stars. I met with Rory Isaac on 3/29/20, received a proposal for work in my bathroom, accepted it, which was $9,297.00. Before they started the work I told them I am paying the balance in full and I DO NOT want to finance. When there sales person is a no call no show and I text the confirmation number to cancel they respond with thank you and please call us so we can reschedule. They did not reach out to me to ask why I cancelled which makes me think there business practice and workmanship are probably sub par.
