They tried fixing it and it stopped but we had ceiling damage. We had to call them to get them to come back. We had two bathrooms done in our home we just purchased. West Shore Home did not do a good job at all. They had to come back second day to tear wall down by window because the first time they did installation was very wrong. They do not clean area properly before preforming work. Research, research, read reviews, watch their work if hired.

False advertising: not a one day tub to shower conversion - more like from July 8-September 3, 2021 to correctly install and repair all the problems caused by the installation - did not clean up the bathroom after installation, multiple problems and many visits by "specialists". Presently mildew around the drain, when called was told they'd send me the list of approved cleaners again-they don't work on mold. The experience with this company was very horrible first of all I was given One price then charged another price on the contract I was told my windows would be in by a certain date when they didn't arrive on this certain day I decided to cancel the order and miraculously the windows were available on the day. On 2/2/2022 we had two doors installed. On a 25 degree day no plastic was put up to stop the cold air from coming in. wile 5 people worked on one door. After 8 hours they are about done and we find many problems. Gaps in both doors letting air inn. Door not shutting correctly. The chalking on outside was so bad was allready coming off. My husband contacted this company on getting our front window replaced. A guy named Noah came to the house asked us what we wanted and told us what he can give us. He never presented us with different options of windows that would be available to us. Another employee mentioned it to us. We responded to a media commercial back in December for a bathtub/shower remodel since we were already in the process of hiring a general contractor for two complete bathroom remodel projects (including one bathtub to shower conversion). Honestly I was super excited when I first decided to go through west shore. However come installation day it all changed. During removal they damaged a drain pipe and played it off as if it had been done before, mind you no water damage in the lower room. Paid over $600 to have a plumber come out and fix the issue and asked what could've caused it and was told that likely happened when removing the tub.
