We contracted for a one day turnaround shower remodel. Installer showed up on July 6. 12 hours later the job was not done, and materials were short. They order more material, installers returned on August 6. That one day turnaround was a month. The salesman sold us a bill of goods that was completely outside his realm of competence and authority. I scheduled an appointment for July 30, 2021. Had to reschedule for 8/6/2021 due to work. All was confirmed related to the appointment with this organization. I get there today. Sitting, no call. I call at 10:30. The representative states, "Can I call you back"? She calls back only to say, "We don't service that area". I ask, "Did you not know this as I rescheduled this appointment from July 30 2021 and that your organization did not service this area"? She had no response but an apology. Austin C****** and Chase T***** installed a shower in my old home on August 5. I did not know whether they could tackle that job. They showed up on time, worked diligently all day and now I have a beautiful shower. Not only were they able to do what they said, but were able to get my old tub out in one piece without breaking it up. Somebody can now have a “heavy” flower garden. We purchased a new shower from West Shore Home in August 2020 for$11335. It replaced a tile/grout surfaced one that was very difficult to keep clean. The new West Shore Home shower was touted to have silver treated panels that resist mold growth and was more cleanable because of it's smooth surfaces. Based on those claims we made the purchase. We offer the best warranties in the industry and we will continue to work with the Murrays until their issue is resolved and we have met their expectations. Our General Manager and Director of Customer Service have personally been in contact with the Murrays to assure them that their issues will receive the utmost attention.
1 day = 1 month+. They had to order product. Never returned phone call. Manager lied about service date. Didn't show up, didn't call. They were not going to install insulation in bath outside wall until I caught them. What a disaster that would have been when winter weather caused pipes to burst. I would not recommend them.

The project required additional material to cover the floor space for the difference in size between the previous tub and new shower. This companies service skill are horrible. I called around the 19th of May and scheduled and appointment for Friday the 14th. I got a call on Wednesday to confirm my appointment for Thursday. I told them when I spoke to Marty it was not Thursday but for Friday. I was told they did not know what happened but we would have to reschedule. I agreed and set the new appointment for Thursday the 20th at 2pm. I received a call at 2:15 saying the salesman went to the wrong house and would not be here until 3pm. West Shore has a referral program but they are not honoring it. My husband and I were thinking of having a step in tub installed but when my sister informed us about West Shore and having replaced all the windows and doors in her home we decided to go with them. Salesman from West Shore Homes came out to give us an estimate on a Kohler walk in tub. He said they were the installation company for Kohler. He wore a shirt with Kohler on it but said he worked for West Shore. Even though you cant find a published price for Kohler walk in tubs, plenty of places offer online estimates of what the tubs should be. Installed new shower/tub. Received defective material and made aware after they pulled out the old shower/tub. Had to wait 2 weeks before they returned. Didnt receive any communication from West Shore except for the 2 times I called to hear what progress there was. Poor management! This was during a holiday weekend when we had family staying with us. House was full with 1 shower. When West Shore returned to install proper material they said they would call me to discuss compensation for the inconvenience. Never received call... read more

We certainly understand Mr. Smith's frustrations. Unfortunately our manufacturer shipped a product that had some slight damage. West Shore Home stood by our customer and we were able to expedite the ordering of Mr. Smith's custom tub replacement and install the completed project within 2 weeks of receiving the damaged product. All issues have been resolved and the project has been completed to Mr. Smith's satisfactions. We sincerely apologize for the frustration that Mr. Smith experienced over the holiday.
