It was nightmare. Shoddy work that had to be replaced. Shower wall covered light switch in wall next to it. Shower doors installed wrong. Would have to crawl over toilet to get into shower the way doors are installed. Holes in wall next to shower twice!

Horrible company. I hired them to do my shower install. When the contractor arrived he acted as though he didn’t know the scope of the project. I called Westshore to make sure they gave him the information. We were told we would receive a shower rod so we could use the shower the day of installation until the shower door came. Well that didn’t happen. No has come to measure the shower door and it’s been about 2 1/2 weeks now. They told me it will take 2 weeks from the date they measure the door for it to come. I don’t want to stop until I talk to that BJ until you get through responses from your customers some of these may be lies I mean this guy lied to me and that’s not right and he should be disciplined for lying to me and I won’t stop until I talk to that BJ’s guy the owner

Very poor customer service from installer and misrepresentation from salesperson. Paid $18,000+ for install of ****** walk in tub May, 2019. 4 service calls in almost a year for same issue. The tub runs out of hot water before it gets full. Three different electricians have been out to our house. One had to completely re-do the original install wiring and box. No permit was done for original work, even after I question the salesman 3 times about it. We had to pay more for new water heater recently installed by them because t... read more

We had a new tub with surround walls installed,looks beautiful !! Ruben Salinas and Tyler Poynter did a great job .Professional and courteous,they showed me the steps along the way and answered any questions I had

We had all of our windows and sliders replaced last spring, along with our entry door that included a frosted side window. We're very happy we made these improvements and that we used this company. The installers were absolute gems and the estimator, financial person and office staff worked together seamlessly to complete the job efficiently. Workers came out immediately upon request afterwards to makes a couple of minor adjustments that were needed.

I should have written this review a few months ago. Stormfitters installed all new windows and sliders starting at the end of Aug 2018. From the beginning with Moshe who sat down with us and gave us a quote, Gunnar who did the installing and the office staff that I communicated with (especially Patty!), everyone was extremely nice. The staff was all very professional. The windows and sliders are wonderful!! We love our new windows. What a difference it makes with the air conditioning! Very professional company, very easy to work with. Replaced all my windows, including a slider, and a front door. Great job, cleaned up after each project. I felt their price was fair. I highly recommend them
