Do not classify MMUC as a "doc in the box"- think of it as a family practice that has a sense of urgency. Dr. Roberts takes great interest in the health of his patients and goes above and beyond to see that they are properly cared for. Unlike other urgent care providers, there is a personal touch, which has made me a very loyal patient. I highly recommend this be the first place you go when you are ill or think you need a sound medical opinion on symptoms.
MMUC provided me immediate care. I may have waited 5 minutes. The professionalism of the staff gets an A+. The doctor gave me his full attention as I shared symptoms and my concerns. The convenience to where I live means a lot for the family. And I was also so impressed by the cleanliness of the entire office space. Wouldn't hesitate to return again.
