Came to Urgent Care this morning right when they opened and now having to wait who knows how long due to no receptionist. What business does this??

RecommendedFriendly staff. Took care of our sickness as needed. My only complaint was the “reservation” system. I don’t really see the point of it. We reserved a place in line and still waited 2 1/2 hours. People that had not reserved a place went back before we did. I know it’s a busy time of year, but it was zero percent beneficial.

Went in on thanksgiving (Thursday) the initial visit was fine. The next day my meds weren’t working and I called and asked for something else and they said I would get a call right back never did. Called again Saturday Morgan the receptionist said the same thing. Took my number they’d give me a call right back. Never gotten a call. Extremely unprofessional. Spent an entire weekend of being miserable and eventually just decided to go see my doctor.
