This place is worthless. Milking the system for money. They say they are going to do something and never do. They say they are putting a referral in and it never gets done. All responsibilities rest on the sick patient. They say “we’ll send in a prescription to your pharmacy” and they never do it. RecommendedIn and out quickly for a Covid-19 test. Glad to go there as they are close to where I live. Staff, receptionist, attending technician, and nurse practitioner were delightful and very professional.
This provider set an appointment for 6:55pm after my husband came in the morning to be seen since it is an urgent care. We got there at 7 pm and they said they would not see us if you set an appointment for 6:55 typically you have a small grace period. That’s ok we will take my families business elsewhere that’s at least 6 people plus everyone I tell how unprofessional you are!!!!
Update 8/23/20: Stopwatch NP, Talyia Cauley, contacted us and she was graceful, humble, and transparent. We need more people like her! She was not aware that a medical assistant was not following guidelines. She has notified the right parties in her practice (CMO and Clinical Manager) of the issue. Do NOT go here! My dad scheduled my daughter a time slot to get tested. Had all the text messages and got a message NOT to come until he receives a message. He never got the message. He went about 20 minutes after the scheduled time to find out what was going on to only be told he was late and they had NO record of her in the system. He had ALL the texts. No one answers the phone and I'm still waiting on my covid test results.
My husband and I were both tested for covid 19 on June 26th. On July 4th someone called my husband and told him that he tested positive. At that time they said they did not have my results. After calling about 50 times on Monday and Tuesday July 6th and 7th I posted something asking someone to call me and I did not give a favorable review. Was treated at Stopwatch in Opelika on 11/24/19, and charged a $30 copay despite the fact that I had reached maximum out-of-pocket. The receptionist informed me, “It’s our policy.” There were enough noncompliances in the lab for the Health Department to close the facility. How do I know?
