Ridiculous! I came in August of this summer for a sinus infection. I gave the receptionist my Blue Cross of Alabama card and made my copay. She failed to tell me they did not take the insurance and today I received a bill for $444 for a steroid shot and a 10 minute visit with a NA.

RecommendedRight after dinner, Mom starting feeling pretty bad, I took her to Stopwatch after hours in Opelika. What a great experience. Asha was our nurse, she was kind and professional and put Mom at ease. They were having a VERY busy night, but took the time to focus on Mom and filled Mom with confidence! We were seen by Karen Harness- she identified Mom’s issue, formulated a plan and went after Mom’s infection aggressively!!! RecommendedWow I can say after our visit today I highly recommend this place. The nurse practitioner that took care of my daughter today after her accident went above and beyond making sure she was ok and setting up the tests we needed to make sure nothing else was going on ! RecommendedFirst time ever visiting this office and this was the best experience I’ve ever had in an urgent care. The doctor has to be the nicest doctor I’ve honestly ever met. She is so sweet and so caring! She was born to do this! I feel so bad for forgetting her name but, I think it may have been Carol, maybe? I’m awful with remembering names and I really hate I am not able to give her the recognition she deserves. I will forever recommend this office!!!
RecommendedCan't say enough good things about the Stopwatch clinic in Opelika. I was in and out in minutes -- literally. Everyone was kind, courteous, and professional, from the receptionist at the front desk to the medical staff to the lady at the desk in the back hallway. I don't think I've ever encountered medical personnel who seemed more cheerful and interested in what they were doing.
