unprofessional, I went in expecting above & beyond treatment. They checked my vital looked down my throat gave me a steriod shot and sent me by my way. no strep test or any test. I was just close by in area the reason o6 stopped but if I was ever sick again I'll go sit at ER or my main urgent care that was out my way @ time. I'm worse now then BEFORE

Everyone there was super nice from receptionist to checkin nurse that cares how you feel, getting vitals, blood work and strep test, to a great caring doctor and very concerned! We were in and out. No long waits and that's great service when your sick! This is his mom and I thank y'all so much for your services! It's great to have Stopwatch Urgent care in Opelika! We come there from Alex City Alabama when sick! Thank you again and God Bless you all😇
RecommendedThe doctor I saw today Taylia Cauley was so attentive and sweet! I didn’t feel rushed and not looked at properly like at most walk in clinics. She genuinely cared. There are new front desk receptionists now than from my last visit that are a bit rude and I was afraid I was going to have a bad experience after the way they treated me and others in line but the doctor completely turned it around.
