The people at this office are great but they do not handle their own billing. I visited this office in September. During that visit I was required to pay my copay before seeing the doctor. I have no problem with that. The problem that I do have is that Stopwatch Urgent care has sent me bill every month since then. I have called their billing office, nice people, but all they can tell me is that they can see that I made the payment but, for some mysterious reason, their system is not giving me credit for it. Great people always will to help! They always go above and beyond to help.
Had to visit the clinic today, I already know they are the best but had to share how amazing Bridgette and MC are! All the staff was so professional and courteous! Thank you guys!
