Went in this morning with my daughter who had a cut on her foot. The first five minutes was the " doctor"questioning me about why my daughter was outside during this pandemic lol. I wasn't in there to be questioned. She stepped on a piece of glass.The "doctor" was questioned by a nurse that walked in while the " doctor " was squirting lidocaine on my daughters cut lol asking her why she was squirting the lidocaine". After the unprofessional post on Facebook regarding a teenager, I wouldn’t go here. Whoever the marketing/Facebook person is, needs to be replaced. I imagine it was an accident and now the teen and his/her parents have to deal with this on top of a pandemic. I just left this awful so called urgent care with my sister who has been sick with flu like symptoms for two days and it's getting worse. They would not see her without a 'referral' from her doctor. How stupid is this?? If she could get to her doctor she would have gone there instead of 'lack of urgent' care. Thank God for the ER!
