I am livid and mad about this place.....never been treated by such nasty people!And you say free Covid test....false...not free!
I needed to be tested for COVID-19. I don't think I have it, but I’m not permitted to return to work until I test negative. This place was advertising 24-72 hours results, as opposed to 5-7 days at other places. I followed the instructions on their Facebook page (schedule online, call on arrival, get a call back to come in). No one answers the phone. We were told 3-5 biz days for Covid test results. It's been 5 days and we've called - but keep being told they haven't gone through them all. I'm so sorry we can to Stopwatch for our Covid testing. This is far too long to wait and miss work, etc. My brother's test was the same day at the Opelika location and he was able to get results back 3 days ago. To think I could've gone to EAMC and had my results in 24 hours, but they won't retest because I made the mistake of going to Stopwatch first!!
My husband and I went to be tested for covid 19 Monday and today is Friday. I called this morning to get my results and was told that I should receive my results sometime within the week. I am a essential work and need my results.

Have been to stopwatch in opelika before w excellent care but last friday found out that branch had been converted to just seeing patients w/ coronovirus symptoms. I was instructed to go to moore's mill urgent care. On arrival told the lady that I had a history of DVT and that I thought I had another one in my leg. do not get yourself tested for covid if you do not have symptoms. that's alled munchausens or by proxy... it's a crime. child abuse. medical abuse.
