by having phones connected. it never rings in clinic. it is always same recording. hospitals and doctors can not reach Summerville rd. or hwy 80. I sat in office at Jack Houston with admissions clerk than with ultrasound tech who tried calling clinic. the phones are. Not programmed to work.
RecommendedHad a family member go in for a Covid test after experiencing shortness of breath. Tested negative, but thankfully the Dr. (I believe a Dr. Adams) was thorough and sought the reason for shortness of breath. Turns out it was a major heart issue. Instructed us to get the ER of a major hospital where there was ultimately a pacemaker implanted. He most likely saved her life. Had she been just sent home with a negative Covid test, she could have had a major heart attack or stroke. Thanks for your thoroughness!
RecommendedThey did the Covid test on me. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Tested negative.
They advertised rapid test results in 15 minutes is so false advertising because 24 hours later I still have no results!
Recommended1/1/21 I thought it was a walk-in clinic, apparently it is appointment only, because they had no one in the office at that time, they seen me. I was very skeptical about the corona test being done. I thought everyone who had it done ended up positive (because of politics!) they proved me wrong!!! I was negative for Corona, strep and flu. Because I had the corona test done I had no bill.. doesn't get much better than that! Great customer service, very quick and to the point. I was in and out in less than an hour!
While the service was quick and friendly, none of the three receptionists working were wearing masks. For a healthcare facility that requires all clients who enter to wear masks due to COVID, the disregard for following that same policy is hypocritical and disappointing.
RecommendedWe had a great experience with this facility. I was able to get a same day appointment for my daughter within an hour and a half of making it. All of the staff was extremely polite, helpful and eased the stress of the situation. If and when an urgent care is needed for us again I would definitely choose this location even though we have others closer.
