Don’t waste your time getting tested for COVID here. I’m going on a week with no results and they won’t even answer the phone. My nurse was amazing, but the actual NP/Dr, whichever he was, took all of 5 seconds to run in, tell me what he was prescribing me(without asking me where I even wanted it sent), and run out. I couldn’t even ask him questions. I had to ask the lady at the front desk where he sent my medicine and it wasn’t the right pharmacy. I took the covid 19 test June 22nd and have been waiting for someone to call with the results. I’ve called both locations near me many times a day with no answer. I’ve even emailed them as well. Nothing! I understand they are swamped,but we also have our lives on pause waiting for results. I’ve known others that have went elsewhere and have received their test results within days. Wish I’d of went elsewhere as well.
I took the test for C virn. 9 days ago , they said 5 to7. They win call me. Nobody call. Nobody answer the phone I want to know something
Do not get tested for Covid-19 here unless you are willing to wait 10 days for results, and are okay with not having anyone answer the phone any of the 36 times you try to call... absolutely unacceptable business practice, especially in the height of a pandemic.
My grandson was tested for Covid. We’ve called 3 days in a row at least 25 times each day. No one answers the phone. I’ve sent email and message, No answer. I called Ladonia office left a message no answer. I called 334-384-9412 left message no return answer. Not good business.
