Just had a dental procedure and I have to say I HIGHLY recommend Dr Lance at StoneCreek Dental Care in Xenia. The entire staff was awesome and Dr Lance assured I was not having an ounce of pain. He delt with my anxiety at panic level in the most caring way. Will definitely be making him my family dentist!
I used to go here when this was Centerville Family Dental for years and really liked it. When I was looking for a new dentist, I wanted to come back here. I asked them up front what it would cost as an out of network patient and they quoted me $33. A month after my appointment I got a bill for an ADDITIONAL $125!!! (Mind you, this is after my insurance paid them $180 already.) I could've understood a $10 or $15 underestimate, but to be off by a factor of five!? Shame on you for not telling me I needed to get approval over the phone at my appointment instead of telling me when I made the appointment. Then I call from your office and listen to 7 ads before my phone blocked up. Me and my husband told you our phone wouldn't let us through and all you had to say was "would you like to make another appointment?" Really. They dont care about you or your teeth. They dont guarantee the work unless you keep coming back every six months (even if you moved out of town). All they care about is $$$.
I've been going to Dr. Rogus for many years, I've always had a great experience from the front desk staff, Crystal to the hygienists. My son had someone new this last time and she made a great impression on him. He told me she was his favorite "nurse" ever! Thanks for being family friendly!
All I can say is Awesome! I like many people dislike going to the dentist. My first visit was great. All the staff are very nice and Dr. Little was great with me. My family will be going to Stonecreek from now on.
Every single person I encounter at this office is incredibly nice. They truly care about how the patient feels. I've never went to a dentist like this before and I won't be switching. They are phenomenal!
