I called with what I considered an emergency situation. The receptionist was very pleasant and made arrangements to fit me in to your busy schedule. When I arrived, I was greeted with smiles all around. I completed the new patient paperwork and was quickly taken for an examination. Dr. Joe Papp examined me. He was very friendly and to the point. I just want to say the staff and dentists at Stonecreek dental are the best I have seen in a long time. They are very kind, professional and go to great lengths to make sure their patients and family members of patients are treated with the up most respect when it comes treatments, procedures and making you feel comfortable from the Freshly baked cookies each morning, great coffee and any questions you might have. The Dentist, Dental Assistants, and the Receptionists were all very friendly and displayed sincere and genuine concern for me and my dental requirements. Its a wonderful place to get your dentistry wok done. Probably because everyone that works there loves their job so it makes it easier to provide the customers with a good experience. I have always dread going to the dentist and still do. I do not like the "working on my teeth" experience but with this group of people i always end up leaving feeling glad that I went. They make it easier for me to go thru something that I do not want to do.

I was in pain, I received an almost immediate appointment for one of the dental staff to check my aching tooth. He was gentle and gave me a prescription for pain medication. It worked. I also have a followup apt. I appreciate the quick response.

Nicest experience I have every had at a dental office. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The dentist was kind and very fast :)
