I was so nervous going in and I’m pretty sure I gave Simone a headache 😅 but he was honestly so patient and kind with me. He really listened to what I wanted and reassured me every step of the way. Going from long hair to short was a big deal for me, but I’m sooo happy with the results ,my hair feels fresh, bouncy, and exactly how I imagined it. Thank you, Simone, for your patience and for giving me the confidence to make the change

Was looking to try a new salon in Kingston today and booked in for cut and blow dry with Maisie. Really loved the experience for cutting my short precision bob and will definitely be returning! Maisie asked great questions to get to know my preferences for specific parts/ shape of my cut and also suggested some new aspects (e.g. going a bit more blunt/ straight at the front), which I really loved. I had a great experience at this salon from start to finish. The staff were welcoming, professional, and really took the time to listen to what I wanted. Maisie was knowledgeable and gave helpful advice without being pushy, which I really appreciated. The salon itself was clean, modern, and relaxing, making the whole visit enjoyable.
