The Insectarium and Butterfly Pavilion was awesome. My husband and I brought my 7 year old daughter and her friend to check out the place and it was absolutely fun for all ages and very informative. The staff was super friendly and took the time to answer all the questions the kids and my husband could think of. We could have spent all day hanging out with the butterflies in the pavilion. We will definitely be back and highly recommend checking this place out for yourself.
Went to see the butterfly pavilion. It was awesome to see so many different butterflies. The employee was very knowledgable and even caught a couple different butterflies so that my one year old neice could see a butterfly up close. Would definitely go back to see the butterflies!
I really enjoyed the butterflies. They were beautiful. I've been to a few butterfly exhibits and this was the largest by far. The insects were interesting too.
Really nice place, super friendly staff, gorgeous butterflies, so many varieties and the other exhibits were pretty cool too - will definitely be back.
We went today at around 2 in the afternoon. It was quiet and there was only one other family there. The staff was so helpful, especially Mr. Brandon who took the time to take out every animal he could for my sons to touch and hold. The new butterfly pavilion is a nice addition. We had a great time!
Such an interesting and place. We had a great time. Went with 2 grandsons and they both had a wonderful time too. We will definitely be back. A gem so close to home.

We visited the Insectarium for the first time today. There was so much more to see and do than we assumed there would be. The Butterfly Pavilion has some of the most beautiful butterflies I've ever seen (in a butterfly garden or anywhere else). The staff was PHENOMENAL! Alison and Alexis (I think?) each removed dragons, lizards, and geckos from their enclosures to allow the kids to hold and/or stroke them. They got right down on the floor with the kids.
