RecommendedER Nurse Georgia is the most compassionate and caring nurse I ever met (I'm sure there are lots of others). In his final hours she cared for my father who was critically ill. I've never seen such a professional and committed nurse in my 62 years. I was not able to enter the ER so could not be with dad when he let go, but Georgia held his hand, wiped his forehead and kept reassuring him. If you are ever in a medical emergency hope that Nurse Georgia cares for you! Great ER Department!!
RecommendedSo many times they have brought me back from the brink...and they ALWAYS listen! I can't tell you how reassuring that is for someone with a chronic illness...just to be heard as to what has worked in the past. Thank you, amazing doctors, nurses and therapists!!!
I have been a patient of Dr. Kitty for a few years. His staff is incompetent and rude; their entire staff, including Dr. Kitty Kaibooriboone do not know how to use Epic which is connected to MyChart and after 4 calls trying to get assistance and failing to resolve the issue due to them not understanding how to to their job. In retaliation, they have become upset with me and fired me as an epileptic patient during the Coronavirus and if I get a fever, there is a high risk of seizure activity and death. RecommendedPrompt, excellent care by kind and passionate doctors and nurses. I will always bring myself and my family to this ER over any other in the area should we need emergency treatment.
RecommendedAttentive care by the staff in primary care, prompt responses by the doctor or nurses through MyChart. My young daughter and I both go to primary care here and I have never felt like "just a number". I will recommend until I'm blue in the face. Excellent care!
