RecommendedED You suck! First you can’t find me in the system ? Then question if I’m sure I had my surgery with you guys not even a week ago as I’m standing in agony only to keep calling over more people who seem clueless and even after I give my medical record number with them they still question if I’m positive my surgery was with them. I tell them I was in car crash and having hard time breathing and in pain where I had surgery.....and they still seem confused. Yup not being seen in your ER. Peace out! Incompetence at its finest.

I had a very unexpected 5 day stay in the hospital. I want to give a shout out to the AMAZING RN/CNA staff on the 5th floor, west. Sarah, Rina, Rachel, Esther, Ashley, Irina, Marcy, loved all of you. Absolutely stellar! If I ever get sick again I'm going to put in a request for your floor. 🤣
Day 4 and my second unexpected stay in less than a year, finds me an “extended stayer” and “frequent flyer” of this fine establishment. On a serious note, I’m getting excellent care and wonderful treatment from staff.

I’m sure I witnessed a few violations here... I’m not sure how I feel about this place as of yet. But I just moved here and I think I will just avoid this place. People were nice- caring... doing there job. There is a huge disconnect, you can feel that it’s literally people doing their job and that’s all. So when you can’t make a connection with your patients then you lack the care and proper skills that you can’t be taught at school... I don’t feel that this is a safe place.
