My Ford Fusion went in for a recall appointment this past August. They were kind enough to offer me a shuttle back home but I declined as I had a ride back. Car was ready later in the day as expected but I couldn't pick it up due to me being at work for the remainder of the day so they were kind again to hold it there overnight.
