service they do a good job i would go there again
Had an interview and met with both sales managers. They said they would give me a call by the end of the week no matter which decision was made. This was several weeks ago and I have received no calls from them.
Customer Service always courteous and prompt in setting up appointments, and will go thru the steps necessary w/you even if it's just an oil change!
My first dealing was with Stevens Chrysler/Ford. For you history fans you can do the research. Recently I bought 1 car with my son, Will Poole did a wonderful job on my sons’s first purchase/loan. I have to say the Will and the business office really guided my son through everything. It seems I was just there to provide transportation to the lot. later that year; one car: Focus ST for myself, car and sales team were perfect on that. Just bought a pre-owned 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe from Stevens and couldn't be happier. Reasonable price, detailed so well that the car looks brand new. Joseph in Sales and Joshua in Finance were great to work with (no pressure!). Highly recommended - would definitely buy here again.
James , Rick and Will all did a great job getting me into a Lease. I'm more then happy with there service. This is the second car I have gotten with them and they did a great job. Hope to do it all over again in 3 years and who know maybe in a couple days for a second car we have could use a up grade. Mike in service hooked me up for my first oil change appointment before I drove off in my New Ford F150.
