Just purchased a 2018 Ford Ecosport through Paul Concilio.. he was great! Really took the time to go through all the details of the car and compare to other models, test drove and didn’t feel at all pressured to make a decision. Have had the car for 2 weeks and already in love, Paul also followed up to see how I was liking the car and if I needed anything. Highly recommend the salesman and the dealership, and will definitely be purchasing through Stevens in the future.
Loved my experience there. This was my 2nd time leasing from them. 1st was a Ford now I'm leasing a Lincoln. Everything was smooth and painless. Excellent salesman and everything about the car was explained to me. Love my new MKC!!!
Paul & the rest of the staff @ Stevens Ford have gone above and beyond the standard for customer service. They have raised the bar so high I can’t imagine taking my car anywhere else. Nobody likes the inconvenience of car repairs but they made it much less of a hassle. Thank You Paul!!
complete and utter scumbags. Don't take your sports car here if you have one, unless you enjoy watching it get abused by their employees. hell, don't take ANY car here. Save yourself the trouble.

I understand you guys are trying to make money off repairing people's cars, but when I just called to ask what the switch that I need is called for my reverse lights on my 2012 Ford Focus SE (auto) so I could tell the parts department so they could get me the part, the answer was "I wouldn't know until you bring it in and we go through it." Really? So your parts department doesn't sell parts to Ford customers?
