Brought my 17 explorer in for a service issue, Paul was such a great help to me!
They try to rip you off in finance department telling you that you have to purchase a protection plan the owner came up with or you get a higher finance rate!! not true, when I refused the ridiculous plot I got the lower rate WITHOUT purchasing the overpriced plan which cost was negotiable also if you consider...service department kept my car 3 days instead of 3 to 4 hours like I was told...and I picked it up dirty since they didn't even rinse it off...worst dealer ever!!!

RecommendedHad an issue where it took their service department 5 times to find a nail in less than year old tires. I gave them a poor review and was shortly contacted about my displeasure with their service. Customer Representative called and listened to my complaint and took action to rectify. Good to know they actually listen to their customers. Hopefully, my experience will be better in the future.
